Scope of service
파랑버섯 스튜디오 is an AI-powered content creation tool that provides brand analysis, card news generation, editing, and download. The service is provided as-is. Generated content is AI-assisted; users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all results before publication or commercial use.
User responsibilities
You must verify the usage rights and legal compliance of any brand materials, reference images, and generated content you use. You may not use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, trademarks, or copyrights, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use and publish generated content.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plan limits (generation count, retention period, regeneration rights) follow the terms displayed on the pricing page. Subscription access may change based on payment provider status (approval, cancellation, or failure). Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective payment provider's policy. 파랑버섯 스튜디오 does not store payment card information.
Intellectual property
파랑버섯 스튜디오 and its AI models generate content based on your inputs. You retain ownership of content you create using the service. 파랑버섯 스튜디오 retains rights to the platform, software, and underlying AI models. You grant 파랑버섯 스튜디오 a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.
Limitation of liability
파랑버섯 스튜디오 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to content accuracy, third-party platform issues, or payment provider failures. Use of AI-generated content in commercial contexts is at your own risk.

Refunds
Full refund is available if you have not used any AI generation after purchase. Once you have used the service (card news generation, AI regeneration, or any AI feature), refunds are not available regardless of remaining quota. To request a refund, contact us at alstnwjd0424@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
